El Samsung Omnia II I8000 corre sobre Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional y posee una pantalla sensible al tacto muy grande, de 3.7 pulgadas con resolución WVGA y tecnología AMOLED. La interfaz TouchWiz 2.0 es utilizada nuevamente en este móvil para disimular el sistema operativo y ofrecer la interfaz cúbica 3D de la misma manera que el Samsung Jet.
