Este libro apoya a los niños (de 3 a 12 años) que experimentaron diferentes tipos de trauma. Es una herramienta terapeutica para que los medicos trabajen con los niños en la sala de terapia para ayudarlos a normalizar y validar sus sentimientos. El medico puede utilizarlo para facilitar la participacion de los padres en el proceso de tratamiento. About the Author Claudia Bisso-Fetzer received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, San Francisco, CA. She is a certified QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Instructor, a certified Mindfulness Instructor and a certified ACT - Raising Safe Kids Program Facilitator. Claudia has more than 20 years of experience in Clinical Psychology with the specialization in Trauma Therapy. Claudia is certified in TF-CBT. She is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. She is certified as a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician and registered as a Health Care Interpreter. She served 4 years as a Board Member of The Child Abuse Prevention Council of Contra Costa County. Growing up, Lieve was exposed to a lot of art, thanks to her art-loving parents. Visiting galleries and museums was the familys favorite pastime. As long as she can remember Lieve wanted to become a visual artist herself, too. She wanted to tell stories with visuals. However, after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Royal Art Academy in Antwerp, Belgium, Lieve became interested in graphic design. Soon she let go of her traditional oil paints and enrolled in Amsterdams Graphic Design Academy. After graduation, she landed a graphic design job at a publishing house in Amsterdam. In 2006 love moved her to the USA, to Portland, Oregon. The move to her new country gave Lieve the drive to start her graphic design studio Bright Light Graphics, where she offers book design and brand identity design services. Bright Light Graphics -now located in Bend, Oregon- specializes in visual storytelling, and helps authors tell their story through visual design and illustration.
