About the Author Kenneth Dailey is a degreed Industrial Engineer and has been certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt by the ASQ (American Society for Quality). He has more than twenty years of manufacturing experience in fields as diverse as Circuit Cards, Electromechanical Assemblies, Machine Shops and Sheet Metal Fabrication.
