About the Author Carlos Gustavo Villacres Lara nace en Guayaquil, Ecuador, en 1982. Luego de cursar su educacion regular, ingresa al Seminario Biblico Alianza en Ecuador donde, tras 4 años de estudio, obtiene el bachillerato en Teologia. Mas tarde viaja a Alemania para culminar sus estudios en Negocios Internacionales y Administracion de Empresas, en la Universidad Georg Simon Fachhochschule, en Nuremberg, Alemania. Desde su bautizo en agua, a los 9 años, su vida ha estado al servicio de Dios. Sus inicios fueron en el area musical, tocando el piano y siendo parte del coro de su iglesia, hasta llegar a ser ministro de alabanza. A la edad de 23 años comenzo una tarea que amo y por la cual se entrego a tiempo completo: pastorear jovenes, labor que desempeño hasta finales de 2008. En ese año fue ordenado al pastoreado por la Iglesia Alianza Cristiana y Misionera del Ecuador. En 2009, bajo la direccion de Dios, fundo junto a su esposa, Carla Magallanes, la iglesia Casa de Fe, que inicio con la asistencia de 40 personas. En la actualidad, congrega a mas de 7,000 en sus campus online, via a la Costa (Guayaquil) y Duran.-----Carlos Gustavo Villacres Lara was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, in 1982. After completing his regular education, he entered the Alianza Biblical Seminary in Ecuador where, after 4 years of study, he obtained a bachelors degree in Theology. He later traveled to Germany to complete his studies in International Business and Business Administration at the Georg Simon Fachhochschule University in Nuremberg, Germany. Since his baptism in water, at the age of 9, his life has been at the service of God. His beginnings were in the musical arena, playing the piano and being part of his church choir, until he became a worship minister. At the age of 23, he began a task that he loved and for which he gave himself full time: pastoring youth, which he carried out until the end of 2008.
