Política de Cambios y Devoluciones:
Devolución: 10 días corridos a partir de la fecha de entrega del producto.
Cambio: 30 días corridos desde la recepción del material.

El canal para gestionar un cambio o devolución es el Centro de Atención al Cliente, cuyos datos serán informados por mail al efectuar la compra.
En el caso de decidir el cambio / devolución, es necesario informar los siguientes datos:
Nro.de pedido
Nombre del libro
Nro.de ISBN del libro (los 13 dígitos que se encuentran en el código de barras)
Motivos de su disconformidad.

En ambos casos es fundamental que el libro no haya sido usado, ni esté escrito ni con manchas o roturas y que se encuentre en el envoltorio original y deberá conservar todos sus componentes.

Realizaremos el cambio del artículo por otro igual o en el caso de no haber stock del mismo, haremos la devolución del dinero o se podrá acordar la entrega de book tokens (cheque de compra), para canjear por cualquier producto en cualquiera de nuestras sucursales.
